Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or monetary compensation for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection of size, color, fabric, or any other personal preference.

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be returned for a refund. 

2. Returns

We do not accept returns.
Products cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong size, color, fabric, or otherwise no longer wishes to keep the item.

3. Exchanges for Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product ordered, you may be eligible for an exchange.

To request an exchange, please contact us within [3 days] of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue
  • A description of the fault or discrepancy
Our team will review the request and determine whether the product qualifies for an exchange.
If approved, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused and unworn, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equivalent value.
Please note that an approved exchange does not entitle the customer to a refund. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

4. Exclusions

Exchange requests may not be accepted where the issue has resulted from:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use, washing, cleaning, or storage
  • Damage caused by the customer
  • Alterations or modifications made after purchase
  • Failure to follow the product's care instructions
For custom-made, personalized, altered, or specially produced items, exchanges may not be accepted unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

5. Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Mukhawara Boutique.
Submitting an exchange request does not automatically guarantee approval. Once our team has assessed the issue, we will notify you of the outcome and provide further instructions where applicable.

Delivery fees are non refundable.
